Online Dispute Resolution - A Potential New Way for Addressing Human Rights Violations?

In this session, I will introduce the basic concepts of online dispute resolution and we will question the use of ODR in addressing human rights violations. Are there any basic theoretical blocks to using ODR in at least some types of human rights violations? How could we integrate ODR in addressing human rights violations? 

To complete this session please follow these steps by September 9th:
