ADR in Business-Related Human Rights Violations

In this session, we will study the opportunities and challenges with using ADR in business-related human rights violations. We will explore several cases from different countries and learn how ADR tools could be successfully applied to human rights violations such as sexual harassments, child labor, community relocation and compensation, and employment discrimination.

To complete this session please follow these steps by September 2nd:

1. Read the week's assigned readings in order
2. Attend the live webinar or watch the recording. The date and time of the webinar will be communicated one week in advance via email (please calculate the time in your region).The recording will be made available in this space, after the webinar
3. Post your answer to the forum question below in the Assignments area by August 26th
