    Advantages of Using ADR Tools in Addressing Human Rights Violations

    In this session we will discuss the advantages of using mediation and other ADR tools in addressing human rights violations. We will use examples from several countries (Australia, Canada, India etc.) in which ADR tools are used to address various civil rights violations.

    To complete this session please follow these steps by August 19th:

    1. Read the week’s assigned readings in order
    2. Attend the live webinar or watch the recording. The date and time of the webinar will be communicated one week in advance via email (please calculate the time in your region).The recording will be made available in this space, after the webinar
    3. Post your answer to the forum question below in the Assignments area by August 19th
